KYP Course details in hindi | KYP के बारे में सबकुछ जाने हिंदी में 

स्वागत है !! आप सभी का हमारे इस ब्लॉग वेबसाइट में। दोस्तों !! आज हम बात करेंगे बिहार में चल रही एक बहुत ही प्रचलित सरकारी योजना के बारे में। जो आज तक बिहार सरकार की सबसे सफल योजनाओं में से एक माना जाता है। जी हाँ दोस्तों आज हम बात करेंगे बिहार सरकार द्वारा संचालित कुशल युवा कार्यक्रम (Kushal Yuva Program) KYP के बारे में। इस योजना की शुरुआत 16 दिसंबर 2016 को 48 कुशल युवा केंद्रों के साथ हुई थी, जिसमे 1978 छात्रों ने अपना नामांकन कराया था। और आज तक़रीबन 1755 कुशल युवा केंद्र के साथ 13 लाख से भी ज्यादा युवाओं ने कुशल युवा कार्यक्रम में अपना नामांकन लिया है। 

Kushal Yuva Program क्या है?

Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) ने बहुत ही शानदार ट्रैनिग कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है, जो बिहार के युवाओं में रोजगार क्षमता बढ़ाने में मदद करेगी। इस ट्रेनिंग योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य युवाओं को कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर में जॉब के लायक बनाना है। वैसे तो बिहार के छात्र काफी मेधावी होते हैं, लेकिन इनके साथ एक सबसे बड़ी समस्या है, की ये कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर में जॉब से काफी झिझक महसूस करते हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है अंग्रेजी में बात नहीं कर पाना, इंटरव्यू से जुड़ी कुछ जरुरी बातों का ज्ञान न होना और आत्मविश्वास की कमी। इन्ही सभी कारणों को दूर करने करने के लिए सरकार ने इस ट्रैनिंग कार्यक्रम को शुरू किया है।  

KYP में कौन-कौन से Course कराये जाते हैं ?

कुशल युवा केंद्र में मुख्यतः तीन कोर्स कराये जाते हैं जो निम्नलिखित है- 

1. BS-CIT (Bihar State Certificate in Information Technology)
2. BS-CLS (Bihar State Certificate in Language Skills)
3. BS-CSS (Bihar State Certificate in Soft Skills) 

इसके अलावा भी कई सारे केंद्रों में एक और कोर्स कराया जाता है, जिसका नाम BS-CFA (Bihar State Certificate in Financial Accounting) है। 

KYP Course in details

पहले कोर्स BS-CIT (Bihar State Certificate in Information Technology) में मुख्य रूप से Computer से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण Applications के बारे में बताया जाता है, जैसे- Windows 10, Internet Browsers, MS Word 2013, MS Excel 2013, MS PowerPoint 2013, MS Access 2013, MS Outlook 2013, Google Apps etc. 

यदि विस्तार में देखें तो इसमें कई सारी चीजें होती है, जैसे - 

• Computer Basics
• Computer Hardware and Software
• Operating System (Windows 10)
• Creating pictures with MS Paint
• Using Notepad to create a text
• Using WordPad to decorate a document
• How to use Paytm for cashless transactions
• How to open my net banking account
• How to use my credit or debit card for online shopping
• How to create and operate an email account
• How to use Naukri.com app to search job online
• How to apply for Birth Certificate online
• How to apply Aadhar Card online
• How to apply for Caste Certificate online
• How to apply for BPL Certificate online
• How to apply for Learner License online
• How to prepare effective TRAINING PRESENTATION
• Creating and Editing documents
• Creating and editing workbook
• Organizing and formatting worksheets
• Data analysis and management
• Using formulas and functions
• Sending, receiving, replying, forwarding mail messages
• Uses of the internet for education
• Computer Ethics
• Computer Ergonomics

और भी कई सारी चीजें हैं जो छात्रों को BS-CIT (Bihar State Certificate in Information Technology) में सिखने को मिलती हैं। 

अगला कोर्स BS-CLS (Bihar State Certificate in Language Skills) जिसमे छात्रों को अंग्रेजी में बातचीत करने के लिए जरुरी चीजों का अभ्यास कराया जाता है। जैसे - 

• Vocabulary
• Sentence construction
• Grammar, Pronunciation 
• Voice (Intonation, Pitch, Modulation
• Non Verbal Communication इत्यादि

BS-CSS (Bihar State Certificate in Soft Skills) में छात्रों को विशेष रूप से कॉर्पोरेट सेक्टर और लाइफ में सफल होने के गुर सिखाये जाते हैं। जैसे-

• Understanding self
• Interpersonal Skills
• Being sensitive towards others
• Understanding others, 
• Managing workplace relations and teams
• Presentation Skills
• Presenting Self
• Time management
• Schedules and plans

और कई सारे केंद्रों में एक और कोर्स कराया जाता है  जिसका नाम BS-CFA (Bihar State Certificate in Financial Accounting) है। इसमें मुख्य रूप से Financial Accounting से सम्बंधित सभी जरुरी चीजों के बारे में बताया जाता है। जैसे -
