Hello Guys!! In this blog post, I gone tell you How to prepare for KYP final exam 2023?. Guys, this is a unique Exam in Bihar. Because this type of Exam has not been conducted previously in Bihar in any Exam. KYP Final exam is a Complete Online Exam which is conducted by Bihar Skill Development Mission, Bihar Govt. 

There are three subjects in this Exam- 

1- BS- CIT- Bihar State Certificate in Information Technology 

2- BS- CLS- Bihar State Certificate in Language Skills

3- BS- CSS- Bihar State Certificate in Soft Skills

All subjects contain 20 marks and passing marks is 8. If any candidate gets marks less than 8 then that candidate will fail this exam. So the minimum mark needed is 8. 

Which types of questions are asked in the KYP Final Exam?

If you are a KYP student and thinking about which types of questions are asked in  KYP BS-CIT Final Exam, then you are in a right place. In BS-CIT Exam basically, questions are asked in MS-Word, MS- Excel, and MS- PowerPoint. All questions are practical types, learners have to solve the questions practically. In the BS-CIT Exam, there are 80 Questions asked to learners and learners have to solve all the questions in only 60 Minutes. In BS-CLS there are 57 Questions asked and the time limit is 40 Minutes. All questions are objective types of Simple English Grammar. In BS-CSS Situation-based questions were asked. There is a total of 33 Questions in BS-CSS Exam and the time limit is 20 Minutes. 

How should prepare for the BS-CIT Exam?

For KYP BS-CIT Exam you need to work with MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint only. 

  • In MS-Word you have to know File Tab, Home Tab, Insert Tab, Design Tab, Page Layout Tab, View Tab, and Review Tab properly. Because all the questions of MS- Word are asked from these tabs.
  • In MS-Excel you need to know some Excel Formulas like SUM, MAX, MIN, and AVERAGE properly. Also, you need to know Home Tab, Insert Tab, and Page Layout Tab properly. 
  • In MS- PowerPoint you have to know to insert New Slides, Slide Layout, Apply Transitions, Apply Animations, View the presentation in different Views, etc. 

How should prepare for the BS-CLS Exam?

There are 57 Questions asked in KYP BS-CLS Final Exam and the time limit is 40 Minutes. All questions are objective type. In the BS-CLS Exam questions were asked from Basic English Grammar. If you know Basic English Grammar, you can easily pass this Exam. You need to know some basic rules of Grammar like, Article, Uses of Was & Were, Uses of Should, Would, Can, Could, etc.

How should prepare for the BS-CSS Exam?

Situation-based questions were asked in BS-CSS. There is a total of 33 Questions in BS-CSS Exam and the time limit is 20 Minutes. You have to understand the questions and have to give the right answers. In BS- CSS basically questions are asked from Take a Challenge of regular sessions. If you completed your session without any help. You can easily crack this Exam in one attempt.
